Fat Babes Club of Columbus is a public community organization and non-profit devoted to building advocacy, community, visibility and resources for folks with marginalized bodies by celebrating babes of all sizes, gender identities and expressions, racial and ethnic backgrounds, and abilities in Columbus Ohio and beyond.

Krystal and Jae where friends that vibed really well at work and the rest of us met on Instagram ! We all shared the common idea of hosting a body positive pool party, from there we formed Fat Babes Club Of Columbus to create a community of babes in our area.

Of course! Anyone can be a part of our community, meetups, or events as long as you follow our community guidelines posted on our website and socials.

Absolutely! We are so excited about inspiring others to build communities in their hometowns. Find people in your area that want to do the same and start planning! Be sure to use your own language that’s reflective of your communities and make it your own!

While we love love and are happy when our members connect organically, we are an intentionally desexualized space both in person and on our social. Being a desexualized space means that we're committed to cultivating online and in person spaces where sexualizing comments, non consensual touch, invasions of personal space or belongings, fat fetishization, and persistent unwanted attention of any kind is unacceptable and grounds to be asked to leave or be blocked. There are many online and in person meet ups dedicated to dating and intimate connections. Part of FBCC's commitment to fat liberation and body liberation is fostering opportunities for genuine connection, support, and joy safe from sexualization and fetishization.
